Everything you need to know: Services offered by the University Library for secretaries and support staff

How do I order books and who can collect them? What is the difference between a reference collection and a term collection? Who at the University Library is responsible for my subject area? How do I enter publications into the research information system and how do the publication lists get onto the department’s website? Where can I scan exams? And who should I contact if I have any questions?
In this session, we will provide an overview of the library’s services and how to use them, and answer any department-specific questions.
