Theses for Summer Semester 2026 – Application Start January 15, 2026

Dear students,

We would like to inform you in advance that the application process for Bachelor’s and Master’s theses for the summer semester 2026 will start on January 15, 2026.

Please note the following:

  • Cooperative theses: Due to a research stay, no cooperative theses will be possible in the summer semester 2026.
  • Supervision capacity: We will be able to supervise significantly fewer theses than in previous semesters due to organizational capacity.
  • Application advice: We therefore recommend also applying to other chairs to increase your chances of securing a thesis topic.
  • Application forms: The online application forms will only be available once the application period begins.
  • Further questions: For questions beyond the described procedure, please contact Dominik Henkel (dominik.henkel(at)uni-bamberg.de).
