- Since 2016: PhD studies on the topic: Protestant school leaders ─ a qualitative research about their self-understanding: case of Protestant secondary school principals in Cameroon. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Annette Scheunpflug.

- 2011: Certificate in innovative approaches for teacher training, Haifa, Israel by UNESCO and Israel agency for International Cooperation.
- 1998 -2000: Pedagogic training certificate, ISTP Cameroon in cooperation with German Development Service (DED) and Protestant Association for Cooperation in Development (EZE).

Professional experience:
- Since 2018: research assistant and IMPEQ coordinator (shared position) at the Chair of Foundations in Education, Otto Friedrich University, Bamberg on a half contract.
- Since 2005: Coordinator of Pedagogic In-Service Teacher Training Programme – ISTP Cameroon, for Protestant schools in partnership with Bread for the World.
